Engineering Made Easier

Submit projects directly through
SolutionView® Tablet

If your team uses SolutionView Tablet, you can access an FDN Engineering submission and collaboration workflow right inside the admin - making it easier to submit projects with all of the required documentation, job information, and photos.

SolutionView Tablet isn't required. Dealers can also submit projects through a new online portal, creating a faster, more streamlined path for communication and delivery.

Here's how it works:

  1. Submit a project, and it's routed straight to the engineering team.
  2. Engineers can review, request additional information, and message you within the same system.
  3. You can respond and upload documentation to keep the project moving.
  4. Once complete, final documentation is delivered back through the same workflow.
  5. If you have integration with your CRM enabled, documentation can be delivered to your CRM.
